WELCOME TO CORNWALL LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY

This site showcases some of my landscape and seascape photography from Cornwall.

I have been taking pictures for a few years now, but it was only this year that I started taking photography seriously. I've lived in Cornwall all my life and have always been fascinated by the colourful and dramatic landscape. Three years ago I bought my first camera, and started to take pictures of landscapes. At first photography was by no means a passion, but as I progressed and my skills developed, I really came into my element, and now it's number one on my agenda, well, ok, not number one, I'd have to say that the wife and daughter come first.

To me, there is photography, and there is expressing yourself through photography, developing a unique style, after all photography is an art form and it’s all about making it your own. In my opinion anyone can be taught to use a camera, but the way I think of it, the most important tools are your eyes and being able to use them to envisage a scene before the camera is setup.
